Actors' Headshots

(and Business Headshots for Individuals)

2 look session: $600 (2 look session typically runs 60 to 90 minutes) / *optional Basic Retouching is $45 per face in image, payable in advance - retouched images are delivered within 5 to 7 business days
3 look session: $900 (3 look session typically runs 90 minutes to 2 hours) / *optional Basic Retouching is $45 per face in image, payable in advance - retouched images are delivered within 5 to 7 business days
4 look session: $1200 (4 look session typically runs between 2 to 3 hours) / *optional Basic Retouching is $45 per face in image, payable in advance - retouched images are delivered within 5 to 7 business days
5 look session: $1500 (5 look session typically runs between 3 to 3.5 hours) / *optional Basic Retouching is $45 per face in image, payable in advance - retouched images are delivered within 5 to 7 business days
For more than 5 looks, each additional look is $300 and will add another 30 - 40 minutes to the session time length.
If needed, Hair and Makeup artists are available for an additional fee, or you are welcome to bring your own. (Factor in an additional 60 minutes to session length if requiring a hair/makeup artist.)

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment; the balance of your session fee is due at the time of your session. Cash and checks are accepted. If paying by check, the check needs to clear before your session will be reserved. All payments are made to: Blue Jasper Productions. Sorry, no credit cards are accepted at this time.

** Optional Retouching and Prints are not included in the session price.

** RUSH fee for 1-2 day turnaround: $150 per image, plus retouching charges

**Each look will give you approximately 30-50 proofs from which to choose your selects for retouching.

Please note: A "Look" is defined as ONE wardrobe choice with same hair and makeup. You may add or take away ONE accessory piece (such as eyeglasses or a scarf) to a look without having it count as a different look. Altering the wardrobe further or changing hair/makeup (including putting on a wig) or changing a background is considered an additional look. If you have any questions about this policy, please ask PRIOR to your session.

(*Basic Retouching includes: light adjustments such as Under Eye Circle Removal, Flyaway Hair Removal, Teeth Whitening, Color Correction, Facial Line Removal, Shadow Correction, Skin Smoothing.)

(*Extensive Retouching is $150 per 60 minutes and includes any of the following: Compositing, Adding/Removing Sections of Hair, Changing Background or Wardrobe Colors, Removing Wrinkles in Wardrobe, Removing Logos, Extending Backgrounds, etc.)

Your photos are shot with studio lighting and/or natural light, indoors and/or outdoors.

Clients are required to sign a 'Permission to Photograph/Model Release' before the photography session can begin. For clients under the age of 18, the legal guardian must sign the Release before the session can begin.

Within 3 business days after your session, a link will be emailed to you from which you can download and view your high resolution digital proofs (via WeTransfer). Once you have made your selects to be retouched, email the corresponding numbers of the images and within 5 to 7 business days you will receive an email with the Hi-Res digital files of your retouched images. (For extensive retouching or larger quantities of retouched images, extra time will be required.)

Image files are archived for 30 days, after which they are deleted, so please make sure to save your downloaded proof files somewhere you'll be able to access them after the 30 day archive period.

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before scheduled appointment. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit may be used towards a future session if the date of the rescheduled appointment falls within 30 days of the originally scheduled date. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled appointment, the full deposit will be retained and may not be used towards a future session. All deposits are non-refundable; if you cancel and choose not to reschedule, the full deposit will be retained.

'No Shows' will not be booked again, and the full deposit will be retained.

Photographic Composition of Images: Images are composed in a dynamic and creative style which is displayed in the portfolio on this website, as well as in promotional materials for Tosca Photography. Images are sometimes shot with the frame (crop) below the tops of heads, or images are sometimes shot off center to create a compelling sense of movement and interest. Please review the portfolio images on this website before you book your session. If you don't want images shot in this style, please consider booking a session with a different photographer whose style more closely fits your tastes and needs.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL: Please make sure to wear a mask (type N95 or KN95) covering your nose and mouth at all times unless you are in front of the camera. Everyone working in the studio will be following these mandates, as well. To limit the possibility for transmission, visitors are not currently allowed, only on-camera clients are permitted on site. For minors, one accompanying adult is welcome. Thank you for understanding.
